the pup had not been seen, as of late, for one simple reason. she'd managed to shapeshift her way into a borzoi dog body and couldn't manage to get her way out of it. she'd stayed holed up in her room, refusing all visitors that weren't close family, and reading books and trying different sorts of techniques to get back to her original fiendish form. but to no avail; for she was still trapped as a long-snouted wolfhound, and there was nothing she could do about it.
pouting irritably, the canine finally slipped out of her room and tried not to feel self-conscious. she felt so small and vulnerable in this form. she missed her birth body, and she was damn grouchy about it.
-
Not recognizing Feverdreams, either -- though, in all honesty, she would probably have difficulty identifying her siblings -- the wolfhound nodded in greeting. Her head cocking to the side, she idly analyzed to try and figure out how genuine this friendliness the other presented seemed to be. Inconclusive, to her.
"Good to meet you! I'm Aquarius Fallout, though this body is... annoying," she barked in answer, flexing her toes as she spoke.
-
"Give me a social task!'' the borzoi pup barked, wanting to feel useful.
-
The primal creature (though currently stuck as a cute pupper) knew that she wasn't familiar with any of the rogues on a personal level. Except, perhaps, her father -- but that was still strained, even at best. This seemed like at good opportunity to have that hath excuse of stalking her fellow rogues to get to know them... for the purposes of gifts, of course. "Sign me up!" she chirped, sounding much more cheerful than she actually was.
-
Noticing that her sister, Finalpassion, was in a skuffle, the fiendish beast leaped into action. As a mighty hellhound-jaguar-dragon... thing, she was approximately the size of the attacking lion, though perhaps 50 lbs lighter. It seemed like any good match to her.
Snarl in her throat, she attempted to savagely bite Alikaida on his right ear and rip. She wanted to either twist the guy off her sister or just tear off his ear. Annoyingly, his mane would probably cause some hairs to get stuck in between her teeth (she'd have to floss for days!), but she wanted that ear.
-
Maybe something with her sister here? I can't think of what they'd do tho rip

It was good to see her father back on top -- his disappearance was unlike him, and she believed the sincerity in his voice. However, the large hellhound beast found herself grimacing at his latest orders and decisions. They seemed hasty to her.
Side-eyeing the small feline in the ugly sweater, she refrained from allowing herself to sigh with malcontent. He had been a do-nothing leader of the Blackhearts a long time ago, hadn't he? She hoped her father had not just promoted a brainless mummy to lead beside him. But perhaps she was being too negative -- the male seemed good at the non-warfare matters at least.
With a grunt, she supposed she'd get to helping out. "Who are our allies and ambassadors for them again? We should keep track of that somewhere, which I can do if it's not posted in the fortress already," she barked, giving her dad feedback in a very blunt way. Aquarius was, by her nature, very flexible and crafty -- she saw and few ways they could streamline all this junk and was frustrated she couldn't go fix everything on her own.
"And I'll hold some weapons crafting. I think we could use some brass knuckles for fighting those Exile fucks," she added with a snarl. She'd already tried her paw and mouth at swords and the like already, to no success. Brass knuckles, though, seemed much more useful.
-
The beastly hound nodded her head, satisfied with her father's answer. "I'll get both done," she answered, with a tone that implied no room for doubts or contention.
Tilting her muzzle as a thought slithered around her skull, her eyes drifted to the right for a moment before returning to Fourthwall. "Should we have ambassadors for our neutral groups as well, to ensure peaceful relations?" she woofed, considering how annoying it was when a neutral blindsided them by allying with an enemy and attacking them.
-
The hellish wolf-jaguar-dragon hybrid beast was busy turning one of the rooms of the fortress into a workstation for building all sorts of tools and gadgets -- but, naturally, she knew the application for weapons was the most important. As she spoke about in the meeting, it seemed most useful to get everyone fitted with brass knuckles to slip on their paws, which would be much more usable in a fight rather than clutching a dagger in a mouth, since grip strength that way sucked.
Sticking her head outside the room, she barked, "Weapons crafting over here! Also, if you want me to make you brass knuckles -- which work best if you have long finger-like paws, let me take your measurements so I can make you some." Now she supposed she'd see how the others reacted to her ideas.
-
The demonic hellhound approached the borders, politely staying on the proper side -- after all, this group was her home's only allies, so it seemed a bit silly to allow her to be the one to ruin their only alliance. "Hello! I'm Aquarius with a simple question. I heard you guys merged with the Covenant? Is that true?" she woofed, wanting to make sure their facts were straight and narrow. Fourthwall didn't seem to sure about which group the Covenant had merged with, either, so she would check and make sure. Otherwise, she'd have to find the group they did merge with and see if they still wanted to be allies with the blackhearts.

Pleased to see Fever and Astra, the hellhound nodded her greetings to both. Looking over at the first one to speak, which happened to be the glitchy dragon, the massive hound licked her teeth before affirming. "Yeah, I'll be happy to help! Think of what kind you want while I answer my sis's questions?" she barked, supposing she would help forge the blade. After all, metalworking was fun -- especially with her metal and fire elemental powers.
Turning to Astra, the adolescent padded over as she explained, "Brass knuckles are designed to fit in between your toes -- almost like a ring, except it goes over all four. There's a lot of varieties, but the main point is to make your swipes reinforced with metal." Since Aquarius had more finger-like paws then was normal, she was working on crafting a custom set for herself; the only problem was the dimensions were tricky to work with. As for the idea of an umbrella, she tilted her head to the side for a moment, considering and running it through a few test trials in her mind. "Yeah, umbrellas are pretty nifty. The main point of them, though, is to use the umbrella as a sheathe for a knife or rapier -- it's gotta be a skinny blade to hide in there. As for defense, it's not that practical, as the collapsible design of the umbrella means the shield will be, well, designed to be unstable; this would be tricky to address in the design issue," she spoke, finding herself rambling a little bit. Novel ideas for weapons were always fun for her to puzzle through, after all.
-
"Yeah, we should invite neutrals! Especially the ones we want to be allies with -- Riverside and BlizzardClan stick out to me," the hellhound woofed as she blundered on over. Giving Astra a friendly headbutt to the shoulder in greeting, she took her stand next to her sister. She didn't have that much else to contribute to the conversation.

'Cozy' was what Aquarius would call her forge -- the heat of the machines and clang of metal, all quarters that seemed cramped whenever the work started. As she walked into this hot chocolate sipping and plushy blanket mess, though, she could see how this would be... relaxing. After a long stretch of hours in the forge, she could admit that her muscles were sore and her brain mush. "I'll take you up on that offer," she woofed, her bushy tail swishing happily behind her.
"Can you put it in a metal cup so I can levitate it?" she asked the new co-leader, not wanting to risk being clumsy and ruining the fun for everyone else.
-
Pleased that the leader himself appeared to sort her question out, the hellhound grinned to show her appreciation. "Thank you for clearing that up. Before I head back home, is there anything you need from the BHR? Perhaps a message to send to our leaders or any resources you need for the winter?" she asked, knowing that showing up to have a question asked and then leaving immediately was a little bit rude -- especially since she was talking to their leader.
-
Sparing? Well, Aquarius hadn't done that in a while -- not since play-wrestling with her demonic zodiac siblings when they were pups, she supposed. Trotting over, she feinted being disinterested... only to attempt to shoulder Crownprince to knock him off balance and playfully snap her jaws at him. She wasn't taking this too seriously right off the bat, obviously.
-
She was about to check up on Fever to see if the dragon-beast was ready for her now, but Roman beat her to it. Stealing her attention, she looked over at the blackguard and considered his request; she could only assume he wanted a broadsword variant, since he was such a knight and all. "Sure, it'll be a late Christmas present. Get me the specs and I'll get it to ya - cause I can't read your mind to figure out how big you want the thing," she said with a nod and grin.
-
The zodiac demoness was a bit late with Christmas presents, but considering this was her first year of experiencing it at all (and the sheer magnitude of the presents she planned), she thought the timing was probably excusable. Besides, it wasn't like anyone had already given her presents and were waiting for her to give them theirs in exchange. So! No big deal.
Carrying a large picnic basket in her jaws, the massive hellhound followed her cousin's scent-trail to try and figure out where the little bugger was. "Yo, Crownedprince! Presents!" she woofed, which was hard to do with this heavy-ass load in her mouth.
